A woman’s body was found inside a drum at a Plymouth Township storage facility Thursday night after Warren Police executed a search warrant. Sources close to the investigation said police found the woman in a 55-gallon plastic storage drum reportedly filled with sand and sealed with concrete at the Travel Trailer Storage facility, 41980 Ann Arbor Road near Lilley.

According to statements by Warren Police the discovery could be linked to a missing person’s case and the body may be that of 22 year old Theresa DeKeyzer, missing since June after a reported fight with a boyfriend. DeKeyzer was last seen with her boyfriend in the area of 8 Mile Road and Van Dyke.
X-rays taken by the Michigan State Police crime lab personnel confirmed the body in the drum was that of a female.
The family told Fox 2 News they received a call from police alerting them of the gruesome find.
Just before dark, the Wayne County Medical Examiner removed a small trailer from the lot thought to contain the plastic drum with the body.
Authorities say positive identification will not be released until later today.
