Art in the Park takes over this weekend

More than 400 artists, street merchants and craftsmen from around the county will attract some 100,000 visitors to the downtown Plymouth area again this year for the 39th Annual Art in the Park on July 13, 14 and 15. Featured will be paintings, ceramics, jewelry, photography and folk art.

Hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, Kellogg Park, downtown Plymouth. 734-454-1314. artinthepark.com.

In-town parking will be severely limited.

Shuttle bus service will be operating continuously between Schoolcraft College (South Lot) and Plymouth City Hall. Parking is Free (The shuttle is $3.00 round trip for adults; kids 12 and under ride for Free.

 

Shuttle Hours

Friday:   10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Sunday:   9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The shuttle hours are one 1/2 hour prior to the event start time & one 1/2 hour after the event closes each day. (Schoolcraft College is located at: 18600 Haggerty Rd, Livonia, MI 48152)
