Township names communications director

Stephanie Caldwell has been promoted to the position of full-time communications director for Northville Township, according to an announcement from Township Manager Chip Snider.

will work at
 the general
 direction of 
Snider and 
her position will include multiple responsibilities and comprehensive communications for all township departments. She will be responsible for the design of township display materials including newsletters, posters, flyers, logos, report covers and brochures.

In 2017, Caldwell began her career with Northville Township as a Social Media and Communications Coordinator.

“She has taken our social media to a new level and is involved in all aspects of digital communication, over-seeing social media platforms and postings, the township’s App and developing a new township website,” Snider noted in the prepared news release.

Caldwell is working on marketing and branding for departments within the township along with writing news releases, newsletters, brochures, flyers, public service announcements, and other communications. Caldwell earned her master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State. She previously worked in communications for the City of Novi.
