Clerk remains hospitalized after incident

Plymouth Township Clerk Jerry Vorva remains hospitalized today following a medical event at Tuesday’s Board of Trustees Meeting. Minutes after the meeting started police Lt. Robert Antal summoned township paramedics when Vorva all but collapsed on the dias. Supervisor Kurt Heise called for a brief recess while attending township police and fire personnel responded from nearby Station 1 along with medical first responders from HVA Ambulance Co. Vorva was transported to an area hospital where he remains under treatment.
