Conspicuous political friends get together

Politicians Rep. Kurt Heise, R-Plymouth and Plymouth Township Treasurer, Ron Edwards posed for photographs in Lansing while attending Gov. Rick Snyder’s annual State of the State speech.

Heise is up for re-election in 2014 and is term limited in 2016. Heise, a Plymouth Township resident maintains a law office with Plymouth Township law firm Hemming, Polaczyk, Cronin, Witthoff and Bennett. Law partner Timothy Cronin is the official Plymouth Township attorney. Heise has indicated he might be interested in running for office in Plymouth Township after his retirement. Edward’s future plans are unknown.

Last year Plymouth Township Supervisor Richard Reaume was Heise’s guest for photographs at the State of the State speech.
