More than 400 artists from 32 states around the country and some 100,000 patrons will flock to downtown Plymouth for the 35th Annual Art In The Park on July 11, 12, and 13, 2014. The event welcomes 75 new artists this year and promises a surprise at every turn. One of the oldest and largest art events in Michigan, Art In The Park creates a sensory filled weekend experience for all ages, featuring live entertainment, interactive displays, children’s activities and a variety of cuisine. Setting the bar for variety, quality, and originality, Art In The Park artists will showcase a variety of art, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, fiber and fashion, wood, photography, mixed media and more. Art In The Park is considered by artists, and fairgoers to be a must-see event, and Plymouth, with its wide range of restaurants and retailers and the ever popular, Kellogg Park, provides the perfect backdrop.
- THE BEST WAY TO ART IN THE PARK
- The best way to gain access to Art in the Park is to use the Shuttle Buses. The pickup site is the Plant Parking Lot on Sheldon Road at M-14 and the buses will drop you off at Plymouth City Hall right in the heart of downtown
- Plymouth and Art in the Park. Shuttle transportation is $3.00 round trip.
- Most parking lots will be charging for parking between $5.00 and $10.00.
