City lights holiday tree Downtown Plymouth in front of Kellogg Park will be the site of the annual city holiday tree lighting beginning at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 15.  The Salvation Army will also begin the annual Red Kettle donation drive in the city during the event.     Young Eagles
