Plymouth Police report the man has been identified.
The Plymouth Police Department is seeking public assistance with identifying a white male that allegedly stole item(s) from the downtown store Earth Lore, located at Wing Street and Forrest.
The man caught on surveillance camera footage had the word “Vicksburg” embroidered on his coat.
No other details or the time and date of the incident were provided.
