Plymouth’s PARC Committee anticipates record attendance at this their 2nd public meeting. The Penn Theatre capacity is 400. The plan to convert Plymouth-Canton School District-Middle School property to an entertainment and recreation complex was thwarted by the Plymouth Township Board of Trustees when a majority of board members voted for an autonomous relationship with the City.  The meeting will be held at the Penn Theatre at 7:00 p.m.
