Northville Marketplace opens

The Northville Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Northville Marketplace event, presented by Community Financial Credit Union from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17 at Northville High School.

The is the largest showcase of Northville businesses and organization in one place, a spokesman noted. Admission to the event is $2 and free parking will be available.

The Marketplace will feature more than 60 interactive exhibits from retail, service and non-profit businesses. The Early Bird registration fee of $75 (a chamber members’ discount) includes booth space, table, chairs, set up assistance and four tickets to the event.

In addition there will be a Lego building contest during the event. Entry forms can be downloaded from the chamber website at www.northville.org.

“The Northville Marketplace is a great opportunity for our local businesses to showcase their products and services, to meet the community and to network with other businesses” said Northville Chamber Events Manager Lindsey Butzin. “It’s also a fun way for the whole family to spend an afternoon in a fun atmosphere, getting to know our local businesses and services.”

Event attendees vote on awards for the Best Restaurant/Caterer and Best Business Theme display.
